TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement

By accessing arduel.com or playing AR Duel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AR Duel ("we," "us," "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AR Duel. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

AR Duel is available worldwide except where prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of AR Duel complies with your local laws and regulations.

The Game and Your Account

AR Duel is a free-to-play browser-based skill game. You may play without creating an account. When account features launch, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• You may not create more than one account to gain a competitive advantage
• You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts during gameplay
• You may not exploit bugs or glitches — report them to us instead

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Duel Credits — Virtual Currency

Duel Credits ("DC") are a virtual in-game currency used within AR Duel. They are not real money, have no monetary value outside of AR Duel, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Duel Credits can be purchased using USD via Stripe, or using Solana (SOL) via wallet connection
• Duel Credits can be earned by winning tournaments and competitions
• Duel Credits can be spent on tournament entry, cosmetic items, and in-game features
• Duel Credits are non-refundable once used
• We reserve the right to adjust Duel Credit pricing, earning rates, and redemption options at any time
• Duel Credits have no expiration date while your account remains active

Tournaments and Competitions

AR Duel offers skill-based tournaments where players compete for Duel Credit prizes. Our tournaments are designed as competitions of skill, not games of chance.

• All match outcomes are determined purely by player skill — there is no random element
• Tournament entry fees (paid in Duel Credits) are clearly disclosed before entry
• Prize pools are distributed to top performers as described in each tournament's rules
• AR Duel retains a platform fee (rake) from tournament prize pools, disclosed per tournament
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or disqualify entries in cases of rule violations

It is your responsibility to verify that skill-based competition for prizes is legal in your jurisdiction before entering paid tournaments. AR Duel does not operate gambling services and does not hold gambling licenses.

Solana Wallet Integration

AR Duel allows you to connect a Solana wallet to purchase Duel Credits using SOL. By connecting a wallet:

• You confirm you are the authorized owner of the wallet
• You understand that SOL transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible
• You accept responsibility for verifying transaction details before confirming
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and AR Duel is not responsible for changes in SOL value

AR Duel never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.

Cosmetics and Virtual Items

AR Duel offers cosmetic items (gun skins, visual effects, etc.) that affect the appearance of gameplay but have no effect on match outcomes. All cosmetics are purely aesthetic.

Cosmetic purchases are final and non-refundable. Cosmetics are licensed to you for personal use within AR Duel and may not be transferred, sold, or traded outside of AR Duel's official systems.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use aimbots, macros, or any software that gives an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the game
• Use the game to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate AR Duel staff or other players
• Attempt to manipulate tournament brackets or match outcomes
• Use multiple accounts or collude with other players in tournaments

Intellectual Property

All content on arduel.com — including the game, graphics, text, audio, and code — is owned by AR Duel and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g., gameplay recordings) but grant AR Duel a non-exclusive license to share and promote such content.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AR Duel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from gameplay or tournaments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Duel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost Duel Credits due to account suspension for rule violations.

Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of AR Duel at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against AR Duel.
